Below you can use the availability calendar to check the dates of your stay. The salmon-pink colour indicates a firm booking; please enquire about any other dates. Please use the form below to submit a booking request, ask further about availability, or any other questions you may have about the Brew House.

Please note that in the high season (July & August) bookings are for full weeks only, Friday - Friday. Shorter breaks are available throughout the year, for a minimum of three nights. Longer term lets, especially over the winter months, may be possible.

Prices for 2026

July and August £1050 per week, Friday - Friday only.

Minimum stay is three nights; from October to May £130 per night; May and October school half terms are £140 per night. Easter holidays, and the dates of the Isle of Wight Festival are £140 per night, for a minimum of four nights. Christmas and New Year are £150 per night with a minimum stay of four nights.
